Bookings & Cancellations

A deposit is required for all treatments upon booking to secure your appointment. This is deducted from your total treatment cost, with the remaining amount payable at your appointment.

Deposits are refundable or transferrable to another appointment if more than 5 days notice of cancellation is given. If appointments are cancelled/rearranged with less than 5 days notice, the deposit is non-refundable.

Any appointments cancelled on the day of your appointment or the day before your appointment will be charged at full treatment price. Failure to attend an appointment will also be charged at full treatment price. Payment will be required before any further bookings can be made.

If you book a treatment that requires a patch test, please ensure you allow enough time for this to be conducted and respond promptly to arrange this. Failure to do so may result in your appointment being cancelled and our standard Booking and Cancellation Policy Terms will apply in regards to any deposit paid.

PLEASE NOTE - 
* Patch tests are required for all new clients.
* Age restrictions apply to treatments - please check each treatment for minimum age requirements.
* LVL Lash Lifts & Lash Extensions  are unsuitable if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
* Microblading, HD Brows, HD BrowSculpt and Brow Tints are unsuitable if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
* HD Brows can be performed without tint if you are pregnant or breastfeeding however you may be more sensitive to treatments.
